# No Subscription

It probably means you are logged into the wrong account. Make sure you use the right email, and note that you can have up to 4 accounts with the same email using a different authentication provider (Google, Discord, Facebook, Shungo). Make sure to log in with the right one. If you still can't login or are not able to cancel your subscription, make a ticket in the Discord.
