Does this require a rooted Android?

Yes, this requires root access and only works for Android, iOS is not supported

Can I share my Shungo account ?

No, sharing your Shungo account will result in it being revoked without a refund.

Can I transfer my subscription to another account

No, we do not transfer subscriptions.

Should I use a Joystick ?

Yes, Shungo has a built-in location however, it can make the map load faster or, if you get Error 11 make sure the location for the app is on. You also need it to run a route for Blatant mode. Click here to download

How does the subscription work ?

The subscription works like most subscription services, you will be charged every month, starting the day your purchase. You can cancel at anytime from the site dashboard. If you have any issue make a ticket in our discord. You can have multiple subscriptions, which lets you run Shungo on multiple devices

Which version does it support ?

Shungo supports every versions of Pokémon GO

How much device can I use my account ?

By default you can run Shungo on one device. You can have multiple subscriptions on your account, (you can change the quantity in your dashboard), then you can have as much devices as you want, 1 device = 1 subscription
